What a first engagement includes

Agree one component or change, its owner, access, required evidence, exclusions and a handoff date. For a backlog, each accepted item receives a recorded disposition; an agreed subset proceeds to a fix.

You keep the requirements, reproductions, tests, observed results and remaining decisions. Factory scope also includes implementation. An audit can remain alongside your development for future changes.
